		<description>So many people display such aggressive, noisy methods of racket in the public place. Causing or creating more hearing damage to those with hearing loss,  including myself. Yet it truly amazes me, that within the public workforce so many refuse to speak up, or accomodate us.
I function everyday with  only a overall hearing percentage of 30. Hearing only those decibels 100 and above. For our sake, please justify noise when mandatory.
