Campaign: Firefighter Letters
Over 1.5 million fires where started this year. Some very newsworthy, including the South Idaho, California, New Mexico and Nevada wildfires. And with the rainy season beginning mudslides will begin to occur in some of the fire areas as the terrain as been altered. Our firefighters will again support and rescue people and their animals.
Write a note of gratitude to an anonymous firefighter and their family. We will take your posted note and hand-write it out on a “You Matter to Me” postcard and send it to the fire stations most impacted by this year’s fires.

I would never be able to find words that could even come close to saying “Thank You” to all the firemen and firewomen who have risked their lives while fighting the forest fires. My heart goes out to the families of these courageous people and thanks them also for their own sacrifices during these times.
