We started in the beginning of life through our education program and then moved to the middle of life through our corporate program. Our Senior Living program was the missing piece of the human journey, but not any more.
It’s time to do more than just the Killer B’s—bingo, ball toss, and balloons—to bring dignity, purpose, and connection to those living and working in Senior Living communities. EMM’s Mattering Mindset™ framework is now making sure Seniors and staff feel seen, heard, and loved during this all-too-meaningful stage of life.

The EMM Senior Living Program offers thoughtful and engaging weekly activities using our Mattering Mindset™ construct of “I Matter,” “You Matter,” and “We Matter.” The activities are connected to monthly themes and weekly one-hour experiences.
Our program provides valuable opportunities for residents, family members, friends, and staff to share meaningful conversations, express their creativity, honor their contribution, and deepen their understanding and connection with themselves, each other, and beyond.
